Let’s give a huge shoutout to our AMAZING Molding department for their incredible work on Press 46 and Press 47! A round of applause for our fantastic team members:
1st shift - Junior, Ricky, Iesha, Terry, and Clarabel
2nd shift – Dan, Triston, Bonnie, and Heidi
Now, let’s talk about our thrilling 6S journey!
Why do we do it? Enhance safety, increase efficiency, improve quality, cost savings, and heighten morale by creating pride in our work area.
We had an absolute blast working together on November 11th, and guess what? We’re taking this adventure to the next level with our brand-new competition!
Starting this Friday, we’re diving into audits across all areas, focusing on those vital 6S elements: Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. And here comes the exciting part—at the end of each month, one of our two areas will WIN the coveted 6S trophy! But wait, there’s more! We’ll also be giving out awesome incentive items as additional rewards!
Let’s gear up and show our commitment to excellence! Together, we can make our workplace better and even more efficient—let's do this!

Who doesn't love a raffle for a great cause like supporting our Veterans?
This November, you could win a prize worth over $100! Simply bring an item from the list to receive a raffle ticket (one ticket per day). Contact an Event Planning Committee member for details. Our bins are about half full—let's show our Veterans what KAL can do and aim to overfill them! Good luck!!!
