With the help of our strong leaders and our dedicated and hardworking employees, Knapp Mfg. has continued to develop and grow.

PROGRAMS
Knapp Mfg. supports on-the-job training to ensure our employees are gaining relevant skills to make them successful at Knapp. We currently offer four state-sponsored Apprenticeship Programs.

Leaders at Knapp Mfg. advance in their ability to lead and inspire others, strengthen their coaching/mentoring skills and attain highly focused teams that achieve set goals. Knapp believes in the value of leadership at all levels and seeks to promote those skills and encourage the leadership development of all of its employees.

EDUCATION
We invest in our employees through continuous education programs by providing opportunities for advancement and professional development. The company not only sponsors regular on-site training to enhance the skills and knowledge of its workforce, but also offers a healthy tuition reimbursement program for off-site job-related training and education.
