Position:         Digital Marketing Specialist                           Department:  Air Logic


Reports to:     Director Air Logic                                          FLSA Status: Hourly


Summary of Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the work of marketing projects with the goal of maximizing company profits and developing online media and marketing campaigns.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

Marketing

  • Drive sales leads and online interaction through company website, Linked in, TikTok and You Tube

  • Write Blogs based off of the subject matter experts in the factory or video content

  • Use and manage SEO tools to improve the traffic of blogs

  • Create direct and automated emails based off of the subject matter experts in the factory or video content

  • Manage distributor information: contact information, satisfaction surveys, and distributor profiles

  • Manage marketing assets which include pictures, presentations, catalogs, forms and other propriety information.

  • Maintain website management which will include improving market visibility and navigation improvements.

  • Event planning for trade shows and distributor meetings.

  • Coordinate promotional programs for the distributors which would include annual holiday gifts.

  • Travel (domestic and international) and hosting of distributors and customers as planned events occur (estimated 5% of time)

  • Manage press releases or ad features

  • Perform administrative functions on an as needed basis.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Education/Experience

  • An associate degree in marketing or writing or three to five years’ experience in an administrative position with exposure to marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Proficient computers skills

Working & Environmental Demands

  • Typical work week is 40 hours, but may vary based on company demands and may include weekends

  • Infrequently exposed to moving machinery such as forklifts.

  • Infrequently exposed to loud noise from forklifts and machinery.

  • Occasionally exposed to temperature extremes in the warehouse.

  • Potential travel 1-2 times per year for trades shows

 

Physical Demands

Vision

  • Peripheral Vision-ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point.

  • Depth Perception – Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships.

  • Colour Vision – the ability to distinguish objects based on the wavelengths of light they reflect, emit or transmit for detecting and differentiating between objects.

 

Lifting

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

 

Carrying

  • Infrequently front carry up to 35 pounds.

 

Pushing and Pulling

  • Pushing/Pulling: Static Pushing and Pulling (Frequently) 25-pound force required to initiate box movement.

 

Ambulatory Activity

  • Standing/Walking (Infrequently) on variable surfaces throughout entire shift in the facility.

  • Step up/down from 12-40” heights to reach products at variable heights in warehouse

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

 

Repetitive Movement

  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping: (infrequently) Light to forceful manipulating/grasping of product, carts, doors.

  • Repetitive forward bending stand: (infrequently) Up to 32 inches in front of body at floor to 60” heights while reaching for product.

  • Forward bending standing: (Occasionally)

  • Reaching for and grabbing product for sorting (infrequently)

  • Squatting/Stooping/Kneeling: (infrequently) To as low as ground level while picking/stocking product.

 

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Knapp Mfg., Inc. & Air Logic requires that all employees be legally authorized to work in the United States, and it abides by all laws that prohibit the employment of undocumented foreign nationals.
